Hacking Moonshl Muck Up

While activating a new game I downloaded onto the R4, I accidently activated the DS_MSHL.NDS file and now I cannot play any of the games. A new directory has appeared that includes Moonshl displayed which was hidden before, and the bottom screen reads "Directory" when Moonshl is highlighted, and "Saver/Bookmark" when the games with a SAV extension are shown, or "Unknown" if the games files themselves are highlighted. If I try to load a game, then the error message on the bottom screen comes up with "Error - This types of files not allowed to operate". How do I get back to the old directory where I can load the games again?
