It only plays dpg video. The DS wasn't powerful enough to play other formats but you might want to google the iPlayer.

Umm....the iPlayer is another cart...and I'm sure the Edge would be able to play videos if there was something.

Moonshell can only play DPGs because it's the only format the DS has enough power to decode/view. The iPlayer has extra RAM in the cart, so it's able to play AVIs and such.

Well, you can convert different types of videos into DPGs, then they'll work with moonshell. Here is a basic program that will convert your videos into the Moonshell type.

Ok, how about the audio side? I have plenty of MP3's to listen too, is that the right format to use?
Can I put all the songs in a folder underneath the Moonshell folder?

Ok, I did that. I put it under the folder for moonshell. I saw the music there when I had the SD Card opened on my computer.
HOWEVER, when I opened it up on the DS, nothing came up. Either the list is long or I'm messing up something.

maybe u should create a folder named "music" or something else u luke. and place it into your main folder like where u put your DS games. and don't put on moonshell folder.
