Homebrew MOONSHELL PROGRAM HELP! FOR TTDS CARD!

ok so iv dowloaded the program from this website http://www.gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=71613
followed the instructions but after i have finished the setup nothing happens!
what am i meant to do after that step because nothing pops up!

please tell me what i have done wrong or give me intructions from the very begining of how to do it
and if so is there any other good websites which provides the program?

well basically i waant to know how to put movies/mp3 files onto my DSTT card which is for a nintendo ds!

If you're sure, use the search function.
It is located on the top right of the page.
Click it once with your mouse and wait.. Be very patient.
Once the page has loaded, you should see a Long Rectangle.
Click once on the Long Rectangle and you should see a blinking "I"
Now, type in "Moonshell TTDS" (No quotations)
Click once on the Google Search button. (Located next to the Long Rectangle which is now filled with Moonshell TTDS)
Wait for it to load.
OH WHAT IS THIS????
FIRST RESULT.
Click on the first result.
Wait to load

what do you mean by "nothing happens!"? thats a very broad term.. any errors, freezing, ur ds shits out porn, what happens?
