I heard SUPER was the best DPG converter, I was using Wondershare Video Converter and it works great, but I have a widescreen movie I want to convert and make it 4:3 so it's full screen on DS, which Wondershare won't let me do, it appears with black bars at the top and bottom in moonshell currently. So I'm getting SUPER from here: http://www.erightsoft.info/GetFile.php?SUPERsetup.exe
But when I open the installer a webpage pops up and nothing happens at all. :/ Nothing installs?
I'm on Windows 7 btw.
EDIT: SOLVED. It was my download manager.
