ROM Hack Moon/Sun without lines?

Well, I'm trying this and it loads with lines
I have an Old eur 3ds with arm9. I have enabled "Autoboot SysNAND" and "Enable region/language mu. and ext. code" and
I put the file in: F:\luma\titles\0004000000164800 (code.ips)
Am I doing something wrong?

You need the latest NIGHTLY of Luma3DS. This is why you don't see the Enable Game Patches option.

I've used the last release of Luma (6.6.7) and there isn't any Option called " Enable Game Patches Otion"

Is it even worth doing this on the 3DS? I thought it only looked good because of the upscaling on Citra. Won't it look bad on the 3DS resolution?

Imo it looks pretty terrible in this video, but videos of 3ds gameplay always look worse than the real thing, so it might look fine on the actual screen? It really doesn't fit with how textures are rendered any way you look at it, though.
