Hacking Monster Hunter 3 (j) Problem

hey guys,

today i got my import Monster Hunter 3 (j) from disk it works fine
but in every usb loader i can set any option without succees.
in the menü from monster hunter 3 i can look at the video but if i want to play i get a blackscreen


the only thing i dont tested yet is the thing with the game/main or whatever .dol

I have an USB Loader GX and just loaded this game last night from a burned disc using Rev 709 of Loader GX.
I turned on Force NTSC, 002 Error and did the Vdtv option to on.

got the video and got the game menu. didnt have a chance to play the game yet.

i dont know how the .dol thing works because i never needed it

so long i have no idea how to play it from usb loaders i have to put my original in :/

you need the cIOS222/223 from hermes and set it to that cIOS then it runs fine

ehm only cIOS 222 selected? or some other options too?
only cIOS 222 doesnt work for me black screen after try to start the gameplay

it was cIOS 223 using the IOS 37 merged with 36 i think

i have now installed cIOS 223 using IOS37 merged with 36

but now after loading the game directly blackscreen
did i need any option on like VIDPatch, Error 002, anti 002 Patch country strings or something else? oö

edit: haha now it works i had a issues with my config file from the loader, i deleted it and now it works

Yes This confirms works as well.

Installed the Hermes IOS 222 and 223 and voila. I was in game and playing. no more black screen

now.........anyone know where I can find a translation manual?

But still, USBLoader reports there's no ios 222 installed, and tryin to run it with 249 get me the black screen with the awefull sound before creating char.

Any ide how to solve this?

Well i've also tried everything...

I'm using the Configurable USBLoader and this settings you can change per game.

Video: System Default, Game Default, Patch Game, Force Pal50, Force Pal60, Force NTSC
Language: That's just Console Default, cause it isn't an important setting I guess..
VidTV: Off / On ??What's that??
Country Fix: Off / On
Anti 002 Fix: Off / On
IOS: 249, 222YAL, 222NLOAD, 223YAL, 223NLOAD, 250

And as far as I know, I've really tried everything.
Does someone know the perfect combination to get this worked?

@ 223YAL it wouldn't even boot the game.
@ 223NLOAD i've still got the same error as the youtube movie.
