No PAL version at the moment.
Don't know if there's any difference, probably nothing.

Language is English for the NTSC-U dump, and servers aren't online yet.

Sweet... I'm downloading it right now. But I might buy the real game just to support Capcom. Doesn't mean I won't run the game through USB =P.

@Berioth. Well if the game is only to certain servers like Pal can play with Pal and NA can only play with NA, it seems like me and you would be able to atleast play. But I hope the servers aren't like that where you can't play with other people around the globe. I heard someone say something about the servers being restricted to areas but I sure hope that claim was bogus.

Capcom comfirmed a lond time ago that there will be seperate servers for america and europe.
So people who have the ntsc-u version wont be able to play with people who have the pal version.
But i dont know what will happen, if you have a pal wii and an ntsc copy. We will just find out on the 20th when the american servers will go up.

Found the leaked version. I'm gonna hold off from downloading it. I'm gonna wait for the scrubbed version and wait for people to confirm it has no issues.

I'm gonna purchase a copy as well someday in the near future just as my thanks to Capcom. Probably won't open it though.
