Hacking ModMii --- neek2o build error

Hi

I am trying to build a emunand/neek2o with ModMii. Everytime it gives me the same mistake:

I tried to do it with an other region (U) - i have Windows 10 but also tried it on my Win7 Laptop - the same thing..


Hope someone can help me?

problem is solved. Can´t build a proper sneek/neek2o emunand because the rar.exe command doesen´t work. But you don´t have to build it by yourself, just use a pre-builded emunand, everything you need you can find here:


search on google for something like:
