Hacking modchip not working after update

i have a yaosm 2.45 modchip all games played fine through disc channel, i was on 4.0e with cios rev14 neogamma r7 and usb loader gx all working fine i updated to 4.2e with waninkoko updater and had upside down hbc channel, so i ran bootmii and re-installed my nand back to 4.0e everything back working normal, i then ran safe updater 4.2e and now i can play originals through the disc channel but not backups anymore my neogamma and usbloader gx still work but it seems as though my modchip is knackered. any ideas? thanks
