mod chip for wii u for unbricking

guys have you heard of latest development a wii u mod chip name de fuse by shiny based on rp 2040 being developed which will help in unbricking wiius and also boot from sd card ...will it also be able to fix other issue bricks like wii u black screen of death (to be precise will this mod chip will also fix the consoles broken by powering off during updates ) and with no otp nand backup

Surely not. I mean put your console underwater and no tool will be able to fix it, for example. Still this will help in some situations.

you are complicating my simple question by adding non relevant point ....offcourse hardware error is totally different thing
...my question arise for consoles not broken thrown out of 20th floor building or thrown in water .its totally different scenario ...my question is for software bricked wii us to be precise if a wii u is bricked by power off during updates or black screen of death.. will this be helpful in it ??? and once wii u hard modd require nand back up is this any breakthrough to unbrick with out nand back up
