What happened to Tempcraft?

Tempcraft SMP is pretty dead, since no one plays on it, and most of the ones who do play on it, they don't even have a Temp account.

There's no community, it feels like Single Player.

Last I checked, PVP is pretty active.

And get to know some people on the server. You can't expect everyone there to be from GBAtemp.

- We've removed FancyPack and Slopes, which in turn allows players to use vanilla clients. However, you will still need to register on the site, which can be found here: http://www.tempcraft.net/index.php The IP for connecting is tempcraft.jdbye.com:33333.
- We're planning something big for the future, and it will be revealed after we update to Minecraft 1.9 in the future.

You don't need the client anymore, just point a legitimate client at tempcraft.net:33333

That is a bit of a problem for me. I was hoping to get the Tempcraft client, since the legit client I was using used a log in that belonged to somebody else that got pissy and changed it. That was on my old computer too, leaving me at a bit of a loss since I currently can't make the purchase for myself.

Oh well. Norton expires soon enough, and I will try my damn hardest to not let my aunt waste the money on renewing.

But unlike 99% of the servers here (aside Tempcraft, which seems to be dying ) I actually run a real sever (rented), not one running on a local computer. So 100% (or almost) uptime, and expandable to accept many more players then computer servers. Only catch is that I have to pay it quarterly.
So if people are willing to join and pay, payment would be possible through paypal (price split among everyone). I just need to know how many people are interested.

Oh and I looked that IP up, you don't have a dedicated server, but you do have a nice apartment.

Not that I entirely support it myself, but surely if a server is 'dying', playing on it and encouraging other people to play would be a good idea? Instead of deciding to compete with an already tiny playerbase. (though there is a new server in the pipeline, from us original TempCraft folks. Jdbye doesn't quite cut it anymore—though really I'm not sure he ever did).

Anyway I'll add your server to the OP as soon as you provide a name/idea of what rules are

To my knowledge, two of the servers are still up and working. I suppose I should really be testing these or something periodically to ensure that they're suitable for the first post. SpikeyCraft and Banger's SMP server are both definitely down now though.

General Information
SpiderCO is a Minecraft server offering simple but effective plugins. The server has a small base of players that are fairly active and friendly. (Beware of some trolls, though)
The server has been active for about two years now, but has a lot changed to it recently. The server has world borders for most worlds; this prevents strain and overload on the server.
The main world has a border that will be lifted when the Minecraft 1.9 update comes out. It's there to protect chunks for the 1.9 update, so I hope you understand. =) The server is NOT
hosted off of my computer. It has a host which I pay for every month. The server has more than enough hardware to support the 16 slots that are available to be filled. Hope to see you guys on the server!
