I've finally got Minecraft to work and I want to make a server.
I did all the needed things, but as I'm using a router, I must port forward.
However, when I type in the IP to port forward, it says: IP must be a LAN IP
    How do I fix this?
    My router is a NETGEAR WGR614 v7
    Thanks...

You need to enter your internal IP, the one that shows up in ipconfig, usually starting with 192.168.x.x.

That's a problem, because I can't seem to find that IP.

It could also be something like 10.0.0.x which is more recent than 192.168.x.x
Also, It is is in command prompt after you type ipconfig, it will be right next to ipv4 address.

I found it, I think. It is 255.255.255.0. Not sure it's this one.

Guess I found it. 10.0.0.6, is that it? Then I'll try to port forward it. Thanks
