We tried figuring this out last week, the result was "we don't know"...

We can edit the save to get all premium outfits and all bubbles, though!

OK, thanks for letting me know. I like to go the "hard route" and get the hats and bubbles myself. Already got myself a little helper in form of NTR hat "vouchers" ;)
