do someone knows why im not getting some of the options in the games, like the games vault, im using a new 3ds i updated the mii plaza with the 4.0 cia and i have the games but i cannot access the game vault, someone knows a way of doing it?

If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction -

You either need to be intubated to bypass obstruction or create a stoma inferior to the the area of obstruction to survive
