Please bear with me as this is my first time using a MigSwitch.
-Formatted to ExFAT using a PC with Windows 11.
-Downloaded the Migswitch Firmware. Version 1.16.
-2 files were in the MigSwitch afterwards, update.s2 and .nxindex.
-Via the MigSwitch game list download page, I downloaded the XCI, Card ID Set, Card UID, Certificate, and Initial Data files of Splatoon 3.

Aformentioned files.

-Once inserted into the Switch, the MidSwitch will flash white a few times, then the Switch states it could not been read.

Any ideas what might be going on? Did I miss a step?

If you didn’t dump the game yourself the game files are likely mismatched

That or it’s an incompatible sd card but if it updated I doubt that

Also a heads up when you get the downloaded games working you are 100% going to be banned

I appreciate the timely response.

Funnily enough, the folder created a subfolder automatically without my knowledge. Moved it to the main folder and it works like a charm.

As for the ban, I dont ever use the eShop or Online. Personally, I wouldn't mind if it got banned, to my knowledge, I could still load roms onto it. Thanks once again for the response!

It wouldn't have a chance to update yet if it can't read the SD card.

Am having this issue got 100 switch games on it and get that error what was the subfolder

How do you manage with 100 games on a mig switch?! I mean suppose you're playing game 49 and you want to play game 70...do you really press that tiny button 21 times? Or eject/insert the card 21 times?
I’m really surprised no one has made an SD card breakout for an esp32 or something

The .nindex file just needs to be appended to change what game is selected
