migration on new console, USB thumbdrive wiiu formatted

I get a new WiiU cause can't live without one, so I set back this device. But I can't read my WiiU USB thumb drive from the old one to the new one, like the drive wasn't plugin in. There is a trick or I have to reinstall everything on it ?

I did use nusspli for installing titles.

Each console uses its own key to encrypt the USB storage.
If you still have the otp and seeprom of the old console, then you can use dumpsterU to extract your saves at least

They are wherever the game was installed to.
But to decrypt the USB you need the otp and seeprom
