Hacking Migrate Pokemon using EZ Flash slot 2?

Is it possible to migrate from a Pokemon rom such as Sapphire, Leaf green or emerald to a Diamond/Pearl cartridge? I would like to purchase the EZ Flash 3in1 slot 2 solution and am wondering if this is possible?

I think you have to put the game + Save in the NOR memory so the 3-in-1 (sort of) becomes a GBA Cart.

Yes, it's possible, though you didn't provide any info on whether you plan to transfer to a retail cart or to a flashcart. IIRC, the latest CycloDS beta firmware added "native" support for GBA/DS linking in the Pokémon games using a 3in1. Otherwise, you'll have to use the so-called "poképatch", which can be downloaded here, in the Downloads section of the page. From a 3in1 to a retail patch, AFAIK, you can't transfer pokés.

I did provide the information, I want to transfer Pokemon from the ROM over to my game cartridge (Retail cart)
