Given the specs they are proposing for scorpio, this thing likely wont be cheap.

All the Xbox One owners who expected to get good coverage for an entire generation of gaming got swindled. Just look at the 3DS and the New 3DS for example. Hyrule Warriors is borderline unplayable on the original 3DS, but runs near perfect on the New 3DS. Microsoft isn't increasing their sales, they're just going to drive them down even more.

Good point.
Back to the analogy I'm already visualising that VR on the Scorpio will run like Xenoblade Chronicles on the New 3DS. :tpi:

Boy that was boring to cover if we're being completely honest. But hey, we got some info I suppose.

Project Scorpio came out of left field. I have no idea what to expect.

That Xbox Play Anywhere program seems nice.

Really love where Microsoft is taking Windows 10 and the Xbox to.

Finally Microsoft are picking up the ball with hardware with the Xbox One S, internal power supply, less bulky. Looks like I'm gonna pickup a Xbox One for my Birthday!

How anyone can say that was a bad conference I don't know. Maybe it's because I'm actually interested in that rare pirate game, happy for the lfg since I like it for destiny, forza horizon 3, xbox Scorpio. I don't know I'm probably just a fanboy.

In my personal opinion, you'd be much better off with a PS4 or even a Wii U if you really love Nintendo like me. To be quite honest, I felt the Xbox One was this generation's weakest console...

I doubt it will be too expensive. No one wants a repeat of the ps3 launch price and MS don't have the same sort of fanbase Sony do outside NA/UK. Too expensive and it will be doa in EU and gift Sony the region again.

Also holiday 2017 is a long way off as well, so will more than likely be Zen/polaris or Zen/Vega based APU, which by that point, shouldn't really be that expensive.
