Hacking MicroSD questions

I have both the 4gb Transcend class 6 and the 4gb Kingston class 4 and i dont notice a difference in usage. They both have fast random acess 512b results when using the speedtest homebrew on an acekard 2.1.

The transcend has better results averaging 0.56 against the kingston of 0.65

Thanks a lot guys for all this information, really appreciate it. I'm now pretty much set on getting the A-Data 4GB Class 6 card and could hopefully find a 2GB Japanese Kingston for cheap somewhere. If not, I'll settle for two A-Data cards.
