Hardware MicroSD problems

When I put my microSD in my PC, my PC crashes. I cant put it in my R4DS, cuz it doesnt have the firmware yet.
I have 2 microSD's, one 1 GB which I use for all my games, and one 256 MB for some music and homebrew apps.
The 256 MB is quite old, 2 years or so, but always worked perfectly, but no it just crashes...

Any suggestions?

Any suggestions?

If PC recognize 1your 1 gb cards, and not 256 mb , that may mean dead of 256 mb card .
Try to clean pins on 256 card, if that wont help propably nothing will help.
