there's only two games that I know of that are 4GBs or around there. xenoblade chronicles is one of them. it's smaller as @Hayato213 mentioned though if using a cia. gateway had a way to use exfat, but that was full cartridge images.
For stuffs over 4GB you can use socketpunch to install over network.
