Hacking MicroSD Corrupted

My MicroSD is completely playable when i put it into my Acekard 2, but when i put it into a card reader on any pc, it says it needs to be formatted.

I mostly don't want to lose my saves and i kinda don't want to have to go download all my roms over again. Does anyone have any suggestions for getting my data off my MicroSD onto my PC, so i can safely format this thing and not lose everything?

Wow. Nevermind. Works fine now.

I'm not sure why. Since it was showing as needing a format on multiple computers.

Maybe it was my little SD card adapter. That's the common denominator here.

Anyway, I'm good now.

It just means you took it out wrong.

When you properly disconnected an adapter or USB device, a little icon in your quick tray should pop up.
Right click it and go to Eject and it should disconnect properly.
