Hacking Micro SDHC card scratching on the back?

I have this Kingston 4gig Micro SDHC card:

It came with a usb reader which I must use because my computer does not have a normal SD port. I've noticed when I put it in the reader, its very hard to remove it. if I press down and out, I can move it out just a tiny bit, and then, I can barely grab on to both ends with my nails and pull it out. After doing this, I noticed that the small square sticker on the back is somewhat stratched at the ends where my nails pull it out. Is this normal, and does it hurt the micro SDHC card (or should I just be worried about the gold parts at the other end?)

I have the same reader
it kinda hard to remove it, but not to hard
I never scratched my sticker
I don't think it could damage the microsd
I wouldn't consider it normal

Those types of card readers are terrible, I suggest you use a thin flat head screw driver to the to widen the opening slightly, if it still gets stuck you should get a new card reader.
