Micro SD problem after Upgrading (Maybe Corruption)

Hello i recently upgraded a 400gb micro SD to a 512gb Micro SD for my switch and after trial and error have it working now. The problem i have is the 400gb card is giving me problems now I can access all the files and they work as normal but i cant delete the files on it or format it? dont need any of the files on it just want to format it to use as portable storage for tablet. the set up i was using it for was Partiton based emunand on switch FAT32. dont know if this info helps just looking to know whats wrong if it is corrupted or can it be saved.

i can delete files on the card but if i plug it out of laptop and back in again the files reappear?? dont know if this is relevent

Format it with rufus and count your lucky stars that you got everything migrated to the 512G in time.

Thanks very much ! Trying that now. Everything is good on 512gb card so happy enough. Just really want to wipe 400gig card at this stage

Must Be Corrupted Bad Blocks found and rufas cant format Thanks Very Much for the help tho
