I did a transfer from sony card to usb to microsd since i had the pstv done first with usb.

I simply copied the games to my PC using QCAM, after installing SD2vita and a 128GB memory card I copied the games back the same way.

Don't make a whole memory card backup since it will delete any newer files from your hacked vita since it will do a full memory card restore, just make regular game backups.

It was a lot easier and faster than trying to FTP 30GB of data for me (copying files via vitashell USB sometimes doesn't show all of the files, even having "show hidden files and folders" enabled on windows for me) I don't know why no one adds this in their tutorials instead of suggesting people to back up their whole ux0 folders via ftp when setting up SD2VITA.

Whats the best way to copy installed backup vpk on vita memory card to micro sd card?
All you need is Vita shell and all hidden files showen on your PC then hook usb to PC from vitashell you will see all the files on you sony card now. Then depending what you used to dump your gam it will be in you Mai (if you used mai dump tool) or Vitamin (if this is what you used to dump) that should help. now if your backing up your card to set up your sd2vita just copy all files and folders on the sony card the place them on you sd card and you should be all set and save your vita card in case something goes wrong : { ) otherwise games are in your app and appmeta but you will need to know the title id (like PCSE00317 is Terraria) of the game your looking for but Im not sure if that will work but if its in stalled you can just try and dump it and then do what I said to send it to your sd
