I seriously question the age of some of the dip shits on this site.
Anyway, you can also try and contact the company you got your SD card from to get an RMA and a hopeful free replacement. Good luck.

Mhm...why a Micro-SD Card? Are you using a Micro SD-to-SD Card? And it got corrupted in the Wii? Otherwise I don't see how this would be related to the Wii...
Anyways, if Vista comes up with something like:
"Do you want to check X and repair it...blabala..."
Just ignore it...it still works fine...
If not, you'll have to reformat it, which will cause that everything on it will be deleted...
