Hacking micro sd card not working question

Hi so i just reformatted my computer and when i put my micro sd card into the computer it wont open. Im using a usb drive to support the micro sd but i get this error message, "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Folder Options control panel" does anyone no how to fix this?
