ROM Hack [MHX]How to fix .mca files?

I'm sorry.
I extracted .mca music files from MHX rom.
I tryed that listen on foobar2000.
But, many .mca files are broken(noise).
How to fix there ,mca files?

It could be that they're in a different format than other *.MCA files, but foobar2000 is trying to convert them like normal *.MCA files.
