Has anyone been able to extract the MH4U retail cart save and import it to GW ROM? If yes, how is it done? Thoughts appreciated 
You'll have to either wait until Gateway finally starts using the 6.x save crypto keys in GW mode or (a more safe bet) wait for one of the various projects that are currently being developed to support this (namely rxTools and KARL3DS). It's not possible for the average user for the time being.
