So stupid i cant play my game unless i update to 11.4, is there a alternate way to play this without updating

im scared that i wont beable to play my stuff once i update. im running the 11.3 cfw

Are you running the latest version of Luma3DS?
And the latest update doesn't break anything, 11.6 didn't add a new FIRM to the OFW. It's already been tested and confirmed safe on any CFW that worked with 11.4/11.5

If you really don't want to update then jump into godmode9 and dump the cia of Metroid because the cia version doesn't have the update nags

Well the better question is, are you running A9LH or B9S? If you are still on A9LH, then you need to upgrade to B9S in order to use the latest Luma3DS

If you are already on Luma3DS 8.1.1, then you are fine to upgrade your OFW.
I suggest being on B9S over staying on A9LH as A9LH is no longer supported, so it’s just best to update now

You could also downgrade to 11.2. Apparently Metroid works with that Firmware.
In my opinion the best Solution for you would be to update to B9S and update Luma to the latest Version. Install Rosalina.
Make a nand back up with Godmode9. An then update to 11.5.

yeah it is easier, with the infinite hover you can go through walls, i just found out yesterday, it pretty useful but im going ahead of the game lol
