Honestly, i can take whatever they throw at me when it comes to bad voice acting!

It can't be worse than some of the Suikoden games, or perhaps Megaman Legends.

And I don't see why anyone is surprised. People complain about Nintendo games lacking voice acting, such as Zelda. Yet, when they add voices, they are complete shit. Remember Mario Sunshine? I loved that game, but the voices made me spew soda out my nose. I'm serious, i was drinking fucking Dr Pepper when i first heard the voices. They were almost as painful as the soda (though granted, funnier than the soda).

Link should never speak, he is supposed to represent the gamer which is why you can change his name.

Indeed, i agree fully. I don't want any of the characters to talk though. Even some of their grunts are borderline irritating (some, not all). But many idiots seem to bash the series now that we've moved onto disk media and they still haven't added VA. >_>

I have no "hate" for the prime series- I just never played them. I recently picked up the first one so I could try it. I may end up liking it.

alundra 2 for the PS1 was like a 2-3D game which had some parts 2d but with 3d movement... if they make this in the same manner, i bet it will be fantastic
they have taken some concepts of half life and halo (or xbx games in general)
