Mega touch upright 2006, useful?

I have a megatouch force 2006 upright arcade machine. It has some games but I'd like to put more on it. Also, can't figure out how continue in a game. Dropping quarters in or pushing the lever in the coin drop doesn't work.

It had more games at some point but I think they wiped them. At least I was told it did.

Can I run RetroArch? Or add games? Or even just continue in the ones on it. I don't have drivers for the crt monitor or the joystick. Not sure if the if it's all proprietary or not.

I have searched the net and found nothing. Any info would be awesome.

No replies, I'm assuming this thing is useless in it's current state. Any idea if retroarch would have drivers for the joystick? If I built a new computer for it would I be able to make it work with the monitor and joystick?

Probably better options but would still be fun.
