He probably meant the english release.
But the sad thing is, there isn't going to be an english release

That's why he asked if someone is translating the game.
To answer that question, I don't think so.
Honestly, I'm also kinda hoping that someone would pick it up, just for translating the menu's and things.

the title images are viewable in 256 by 192 gba 8bpp
the bad new this game has a custom file system...
the really good news is that it has nftr's which means once you find the text- replacing the font(s) with a nice single byte one will be no problem. there are several nftr's to replace...

you are going to have a crap load of image work to do. switch from the256 by 192 gba 8bpp
to 256 by 192 gba 8bpp wth objH-1234 and just scroll throught he rom. but the good news is that its neat and organized. not too much offset re-entering. images seem to be the .tex files just use a gray division pallette.

I found some of the text in the one param folder files - though the arm9 and the overlays might have some text but you will need to decompress them first.
oh yeah and the text seem to be sjis.

The only reason they dont they release english version is that the company of the game thinks that they wont profit in US..

I'd gladly do some of the image editing if someone else handles the extract and reinsert proccess.

Although I remember to have played it a long time ago and didn't found it much fun... I prefer the older GB/WS ones.

pulls both wanted to play him, even if I knew how to translate!
but it is pretty good in Japanese and very hard to do something!
