With MeBoy you can also save your progress at any time, whether the game itself supports saving or not. Any number of saved games can be stored concurrenly (only limited by your phone's available storage space). Since version 2.0, you can share your saved games with your friends via Bluetooth.
So, it does.

You can use as many as you want, although some phones have a limit on the file size of JARs that can be installed. (I think I remember reading that LG phones sometimes have a limit). In this case, you can make multiple JARs with fewer ROMs in each (make sure you change the name in the applet builder application [the thing you run on PC to generate the JARs], so that they can be installed alongside each other), and then load the right one for the ROM you want to play.

How does MeBoy compare to Nesoid and what are the chances that MeBoy is compatible with Netmite's jar to apk converter?

Meboy is a GBC emulator, so you can't really compare it to NES emulators.

Also, a converted Meboy's probably a pretty poor stand-in for a more native GBC emulator for Android, like GBCoid.
