If you got the encrypted title key you could download it from the CDN as a .CIA but it would only be like a pre-load. You still couldn't do anything with it until release day.

If a cartridge dump is leaked, you'd have to install it all over again anyway. No point.

To be honest I for one just can't afford it, especially considering I want to play but have half-given up on Pokemon (hardly touch Sun for example anymore). I want to just play once for the story and delete, so 50€ is way too much. Until I can find it on sale I'll stick with pirated one... Let's just hope that we will get some good entertainment on 4chan of people complaining they got banned for pirating leaked dumps of the game and playing them online, had a nice laugh last time!
