This is exactly why I'm glad that you can't ban people in communities. There is practically no way to seriously offend someone in an online match considering the only ways you can express yourself is through your Mii and name (which can't include offensive words). The only thing a feature like that would bring is a bunch of power-abuse.

And if you won't join a community because of a Mii that resembles Hitler, you're too easily offended.

I would never abuse powers, there's no way I could prove it but yeah...
