I'm not really a developer. (I don't really understand what I'm doing) I'd also rather develop for a PC VR headset like one of the Vive headsets or maybe the valve index.

True that does make sense to instead do pc vr and give it time I’m sure you’ll get better

To be honest, I really won't want to do VR development until PC VR headsets (Displays for your face) become cheap.
