Okay, so I'm a big fan of Super Mario Eclipse, and I wanted to play it on my Wii... But it turns out the new music doesn't work if you use Nintendont. I tried using Swiss, but I couldn't get it to work on my Wii. Believe me, I've tried everything. Look, I know it would make more sense to just play on Wii, but it's not gonna happen, okay? The thing is, I also have a GameCube, so I want to try that now, but nothing is making any sense. I'm confused about how to actually use Swiss on my GameCube and whether I need to buy more stuff to do it or not.

Here's what I have:
A homebrewed Wii (done with an SD card)
A Gamecube
A GC2SD thing
A GC memory card

Is this enough? I think maybe I can use the Wii homebrew to help get Swiss on the Gamecube, but I'm not sure. Can someone explain this to me? Pretty please? I'll be your best friend!

Depends how you're booting Swiss on the Wii.

If it's through a drivekey, it won't work (I've tried), due to it stripping all audio streaming codes.

Even using Neogamma backup launcher with a Swiss DVD won't work (again, I've tried.)

You need to be in true GameCube mode, without any Wii hacks, for it to work in Swiss (which supports audio streaming games like Super Mario Eclipse.)

It's funny how they don't mention audio streaming at all in the project page, and only how it works on Dolphin.
