Hacking Making .wad for Dolphin EMU

Yes, I asked on their forum, but they won't tell me

. Anyhow, I made a dump of my Wii's FS, but to use it with Dolphin to utilize the WiiOS emulation, I need it in a .wad file. What program would I need to do this? (I assume Wadder wouldn't work).

It would first have to be ported to the Wii. Dolphin is meant for a computer.

No, I am trying to get the WiiOS to play on my computer with dolphin. I have a FS dump of my wii that needs to be into .wad form.
