Homebrew Making Moonshell Skins

Every time I try to run the skin maker to compile my skin, a window with question marks comes up and the .cmd window is empty.

Can someone solve this problem? My pictures are all 16 bit.

you have to run the bat file not the exe

I did. All it shows is questionmarks and the command prompt with nothing on it. You can compile the default skin but not custom skins...?
