Hacking Make Transfer without losing arm9

If I make a transfer to another 3DS, both will have arm9? Or the one who made transfer loses arm9?

You don't lose a9lh when system transfering. You do lose you non-legit games however.
You will still have to install a9lh on the system that doesn't have it.


Also don't call it arm9. arm9 is part of the 3ds. Call it a9lh.

Does this mean that both 3DS will have Arm9h when making a transfer to another 3DS? You do not lose arm9 after doing transfer, right?
I want to have Arm9h on both consoles.

The console that already has a9lh will keep it. The one without will NOT have a9lh after transfer. You will still need to follow 3ds.guide on that 3ds
