Is it possible to decrypt a .cia and set gateshark codes in the game without NTR plugin or gateway?

I second this, but I might be a little bit biased.

If I'm not mistaken there should already be a cheat pre-implemented for MK7 ( item Hack ), but remember. if you use it online you might get banned
