Well, let's just hope this works...

Does it show me which WAD is screwed up so I can delete it myself?

Cause honestly, I think it's Megaman 9 that's what caused this. (It's real, official Wii Shop-downloaded Megaman 9.)

no it wont, it will let you install wads but not delete titles, for that you need anytitle deleter

How do you work this TitleDeleter thing? Do I just burn it into a DVD as well?

Also, I don't see on that other link, any data for Megaman 9, which is probably the corrupt file on the Wii that I need to remove.

yes you burn it to dvd, the list i sent might be dated but it should ok because the differnt consoles have different codes so you should be ok from there, the wad manager can install things so that can
you install a new system menu

EDIT

i'll send you the things you need and tell you what to do with them if the auto boot disks work

i think you need to read up on stuff mate, wiibrew.org is a great place to start,

or just remove your wiikey and send your wii back to nintendo it is there fault after all

I'm not gonna risk sending it back, because they tell me it's not 100% guaranteed that I'll be getting all my saves back.

I haven't burned them yet. I'm really tired right now, so I'll try it a bit later on.

Do I have to Autoboot patch the WAD Manager?

no it is already done

you will need a ios.249 wad and some system menu wads too, i have all these things and i will send them when you can bothered

Burn the autoboot Any Title Deleter disc and uninstall MM9's title (WR9X) (X being E, P, or J, depending on your region). Restart your Wii. If this doesn't work, reinstall the System Menu with WAD Manager.

I need to know, will I lose all my saves if I restart the System menu?

And if removing Megaman 9 is what fixes it, am I ever able to redownload the game again?

dude saves aren't that important.
send it back to nintendo and get your wii running again.

I've got save files for over 90 different games, and one of them is near 100% for Brawl.

I don't even have backups of all these save files either.

Man, it seems like your only way to go is to send it back to ninty. As far as I see, ur not trying some effort. Everytime someone suggests a tool, you want him to transcribe the howto for you. We give you tools u look how to use them. I suggested for example layer break, u asked me how to do it. When once they suggested to me "layer break" in this forum, i googled for it and i got the shit working.
So unless u put some efforts from ur side, dont expect your wii to go up and running anysoon.
Sorry for this bitchy post, but I REALLY believe that ur WII should have been up and running ages ago with all the help u got.
