Gaming Mafia II (2) [PC Game] Ending

Hello i Think everybuddy knows the Game: "Mafia2"
i played the game know i have finished all the Missions!
and i saw the very Shity Ending

and then the game just restarts i canot continue!
i must do the Last Mission aggain!
is ther not a way for a free mode or something like in Mafia 1?
Im heard from a DLCs called : "The Betrayal of Jimmy" for the PS3 is ther one 4 a PC or how can i Play the Free Mode
please Help!

Oh and can't you just click Load Chapter after you've chosen The Story on the main menu if you want to replay a mission?
