Hacking Mac address block and localhost issue

Long story short i got the 5.5.1 working however another issue come up and i am lucky. A few month ago my brother system was 5.3.2, he take it back to his house withotu setting up tubehack for his internet and he accidentally update it to 5.5. Long story short it is working now however I was pretty sure i install the tubehax for my house and the system just auto update to 5.5.1. Like I said lucky that 5.5.1 is still working. I try to use max address block but when I do that wiiu won't read the localhost file as well. Any tips?
