The skin translation is 100% done. I've already sent the translations to NeoGunKuruma so he can apply them to the skin, but he will do it on his own time. No badgering him, please. He has a life just like everyone else.

Also, the guys at M3 are working on an English firmware release.

At any rate, an English version will be available soon, whether hacked or official.

now i relay would like to now what the upper screens means:

i tried a bit, but i'm no sure if this is right: (can somebody tell me whats the matter about the start button menu)

start: another option menu.
select: Go to Misc Apps, Last played games & moonshell/img viewer


L+R: next file

L+up: toggle play/pause
L+down: toggle play mode: random/repeat/all repeat
L+left: show music controll panel
L+right: next file

L+X:increase brightness
L+Y:decrease brightness
L+A: next file
L+B: prev file


R+L: toggle play/pause

R+up:Seek -5%
R+down:Seek +5%
R+left:Seek -1%
R+right:Seek +1%

just found out another nice thing about m3sakura.

m3manager had a bug where the GBA exploader was unable to soft-reset after you soft-reset once(either in a game, or when using GBA exploader to enable ram/rumble)
but now i could freely switch between ram and various rumble settings.

also nice that m3sakura shows how much ram is available for software to use.

The first option switches between large and small icons and the second one opens the config. I have no idea what the third one does.

A Button = Open File Folder
B Button = Return to Previous Folder

START = Open System Menu
SELECT = Return to File Launcher
L + X / Y = Adjust Screen Brightness

R+L = Pause
L+Left = MP3 Controls
L+Right = Next Track

R+Left / Right = Seek
L+R = Next Track
L+Up = Pause
L+Down = Switch Mode

Sorry, can't help you with the RAM cart since I don't have an official one. But I do have the M3 Real GBA Expansion pack and the firmware recognizes it. As for the second option in the Start menu...

The second option ???? means "GUI Settings."

If you set an image as wallpaper, the third option ??????? will restore your wallpaper to the default one.

i have the one from handheldsources (filename M3Sakura_Ver111_JPN.zip and md5 1551fa985cd6b5b81045eb9bca50a07c). I found a function in the asm that seems to be a language check but i'm not very sure what to patch it to yet.

could you make a hacked firmware or tell us how to change the g6dsload.gb for the Chinese version?

Well heres the worst eng translation skin you'll ever see. Only top menu, and all repeat random and repeat are in english. Crappy conversion and things too, but here it is.

Nothing but top and those 3 things are in english. Also, the text backrounds dont match perfectly but, i used MSpaint... Have fun with it.

Hmm... ain't it possible to use the already translated beta skin files? There shouldn't be so much difference... or?

He didn't unpack it, you have to download one of the Japan firmwares 1.10 or 1.11 and in the pack with firmware, you'll find skin files, skin maker, .dog encoder and lots of "extra" stuff..

EDIT: There IS difference between beta skin and this one, so it's not entirely possible..
