Hacking M3DS Real and Nintendogs

Hey there,
I have a problem with my M3DS Real and Nintendogs - the two menu buttons for the go out and the supplies are missing. Any thoughts?

I am using firmware 2.8 from ,3adapter.com and have a 2 gb kingston/japan micro sdhc card formatted FAT 32.

Which nintendogs are you playing to be exact?

I knew there was something I must have left out of the original post, sorry. It seems to be all of them but specifically:

0090 Nintendogs -Lab & Friends- (U)
0466 - Nintendogs Dalmatian & Friends (E)(Legacy)(Nintendo-Ds-Roms)
0124 - Nintendogs - Chihuahua & Friends (E)(Trashman)(Nintendo-Ds-Roms)

If you're at the beginning of the game it's supposed to do that.

The Go Out, Supplies and Training icons will only appear after you've named your puppy and taught it to sit down
