I got M3 Slim SD from RealHotStuff, and now it only work like 1 out of 10 tries or so. I already tried cleaning the connection, but doesn't help.

My other G6Lite works just fine.

Guess I'm toasted, have emailed for refund/exhange. Is there any warranty on it? Or should I exchange for another G6Lite (if they let me).

Hmm, no reply from RealHotStuff since last Fri, sent another email (and voicemail today).

Will see how long it takes for them to respond.

Anyone ever tried their refund policy?

Yes, please give RealHotStuff a chance.

The owner is out on some urgent business, so he hasn't been able to respond.

Just an FYI that responses might take a little longer than usual.

RHS will take care of you.

This is getting to be a big problem with the M3. The problem is the pins in the SD slot
are not all touching the SD card connections. You have to open the M3, slide the SD in
& look to see which pins are not making good connections & tweak them so they do.
Someone posted a step buy step, do a search. M3 better fix this crap on the M3 lite.

I sent the thing back to RealHotStuff (claiming it's defective - did not recognzie M3 adapter on DSLite, tried 20 times). But they said it works fine for them and ship it back to me.

I just got it today, re-tried like 50 times and it was not even recognized once.

I guess I'm at a loss now

Have emailed RealHotStuff (again) & M3Adapter directly, hopefully something nice will turns out for me.
