...and this has NEVER happened for me until today (I've owned my M3 Real cart since July '08.) Only an hour ago it was working perfectly, when I was playing stuff on lameboy. I run the iSakuReal triple loader, latest version, and no matter what button I press on startup, it always goes to Sakura.

I've tried deleting the system folders/files and putting on fresh ones, formatting it (with FAT32/32kb allocation) then moving all my stuff back into the card, and using my backup files in case my Micro SD corrupted (dated 2 weeks ago). All of that failed to fix this problem.

I know that nothing is wrong with my Micro SDHC card or the cartridge-- Running the M3 real traditional firmware worked for me, but I hate hate hate it's mind-numbing slowness and complete non-compatibility with certain programs, like jEnesisDS. =/

So... How can this be fixed?

Format the card, copy fresh iSakuReal system files to said card, then try booting it with just the system files. If it boots fine, then there's something wrong with one of your ROMs, .sav files, or some other media file. If it doesn't boot even with just the system files, it might be a hardware issue (either the MicroSD card or the flashcart itself).

So, you're able to boot Sakura, but not iTouchDS or TouchPod? If that's the case then it's not a completely hopeless situation.

If you really want to have iTouchDS and TouchPod as bootable options, I don't know what else to try, except maybe borrow a different MicroSD card and try to load the firmware on that. If you're lucky, maybe it's just the MicroSD card and you'll be able to replace it for $14 or less.
