The new boxes come with that on it. Just means you got a newer version is all. Just make sure the website on the box leads to http://www.m3adapter.com and not http://www.m3adaptes.com. Notice there's no R in the second website. As long as you get the real website, you're fine. There's little risk with getting fakes with the M3DS Real, so I doubt it's a fake.
